How much does shipping cost?

  • Orders over $50.00: Free Standard Shipping.
  • Orders under $50.00: A flat rate of $4.95.
All orders are shipped via tracked standard ground shipping with a typical delivery window of 3–5 business days.

Do you offer Local Pickup? Currently, 9thread does not offer a local pickup option. All orders are shipped directly to your address.

What is your online order cut-off time? Our daily order cut-off is 7:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed before this time are processed and shipped within 0–1 business day.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened items. Please make sure the items are in their original packaging.
